About the Role
We are looking for you who have previous experience in production or industry for exciting assignments with our client just outside Växjö. The tasks may include reinforcement work, concrete casting/molding, or standard industrial duties. The work schedule is based on a two-shift system, with hours varying between 05:00 and 23:00, Monday to Friday. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is required, and having a crane operator's license or previous experience in reading technical drawings is a merit.

About You
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in production or industry. As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and enjoy physical work. You thrive working both independently and in a team, and you are not afraid to take on new challenges.

About the Employment
The position is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month fixed-term employment, meaning you are employed by Adecco and hired out to the client. There are good opportunities for conversion to the client's permanent staff after 6 months. We want you to feel well and provide you with a wellness allowance and discounts on gym memberships.
